With successful, established, and diverse experience across the Oil and Gas sector, Mark has worked on multiple ventures in several companies including McDermott, Allseas, Saipem, Clough, Fraser Diving, and Brunel. Mark began his offshore career as a diver in 2001 with McDermott, then moved into rigging and construction work. He made the move to Dubai in 2007 with McDermott where he successfully handled diving division projects.

At Brunel, Mark was responsible for the company’s Offshore Technical Services expansion into the Middle East before relocating to Singapore in 2009.
In 2010, Mark co-founded Kuiper International, serving as Director and General Manager, then expanding Kuiper throughout Asia and Australia until it was acquired by OCB Oilfield Services in January 2016. Mark continued his employment as group COO and shortly after became CEO.
