Scott McIlwraith is Regional Director, EMEA&I at Kuiper Group. He is a graduate of University of Kwazulu Natal, Durban in Finance and Business Administration and has worked in the contingent labour sector since 2006.
Scott has worked and lived in Middle East, Asia, UK, USA and Africa and supported projects in all regions. Clients have included Energy Companies such as Shell and ExxonMobil & Offshore EPCs such as Technip, Subsea7 and McDermott. Scott’s experience in handling large workforce’s across multiple locations is invaluable. Scott is passionate about local content in host locations and has championed local training and development in some of the frontier locations where Kuiper operate, such as Mozambique.
