To ensure that employees are competent performing their tasks, employees are assessed to ensure that they have acquired skills, appropriate education, training and experience. On-going training programs are developed to suit all levels, ability and literacy of employees.

The Kuiper Group Competency and Performance Review (PR), is used to evaluate and identify areas of improvement, job suitability, or the promotion of an employee. Periodic reviews are undertaken during the course of operations to ensure compliance and effectively monitor the quality of our employee placement to Client worksites
